Cancelling Your In-Transit Order

If You Wish to Cancel Your Orders which are in transit, you can do the Following:

Cash On Delivery :- If Your Order Is Cash On Delivery, then just reject the Parcel.

Pre-Paid:- If your Order is Prepaid Then Drop us a Mail at support@esonic.in (From Your Registered Mail ID With all Your Order Details) and we will cancel and RTO the In transit Order and Issue a Refund to your Original Mode of Payment immediately*. (We Might ask you For your Banking Details if the Original Mode Of Payment isn't Working.) 

However, If the Parcel Has Been Delivered To You, then Drop us a mail at support@esonic.in  (From Your Registered Mail ID With all Your Order Details) and we will arrange a return pickup from your delivery address,

Kindly Pack The Product in its original Packing with all the labels and Tags (if any) and hand it over to our Logistics Partner

We will Initiate a refund to your Original Mode of payment (We Might ask you For your Banking Details if the Original Mode Of Payment isn't Working.) after Receiving and Inspecting The Product.

Returning Your Order

If you are not 100% Satisfied With Your Purchase, You are entitled to Get a Replacement or a Full Refund for Your Order within 5 days of Delivery, without giving any reason for doing so.

The deadline for Returning an Order is 5 days from the date on which You received the Goods or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.

We will reimburse You no later than 14 days from the day on which We receive the returned Goods. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.
